8-Week at Home Workout
This program is for those of you that want to get a workout in at home or on the go, with minimal equipment needed! Each week has 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days.
What you’ll need:
- A Soft towel
- Resistance bands with handles.
- Leg bands (Booty Bands by Booty Queen)
- A pair of dumbbells (adjustable if possible)
This program is divided up into (3) 4-week training cycles. Every 4 weeks you will get a new set of 2 upper body workouts, 2 lower body workouts and a weekly Metcon.
This program is for people of all skill levels, however, you will need access to a gym.
